A VOLUNTEER WROTE: Betty tugs at my heartstrings. At 75 lbs and just 2 years old, this young little chubster was found on VanSiclen in Queens and brought to the shelter by a nice police officer. She is a wiggly girl who is gentle and kind, just looking up to you and waiting for her next little bit of human love. She got a great score on our behavioral test, and the behaviorist even said that she became protective of him. The test lasts about 5-10 minutes...imagine what a great and loyal pet she would be if you took her into your home and kept her for the rest of her years?!! I can hardly comprehend that kind of love :) come get her!

Please let me know if this dog is safe. There have been conflicting reports on FB. If she is not, I will post again and let everyone know.
