Jerome TINA a sweet and shy 1 yr f brindle pit x was saved from death row at the NYC City Shelter... She was brought in as a stray and arrived very frightened, handshy and flinching when touched... a clear sign that someone "abused her by hitting" her. A few days later, she was much more comfortable, and wanted to make friends with everyone she met... Yet, she remains a little cautious but she is not aggressive in the least. She walks nicely on a leash and needs some more work on the housetraining as she has some accidents.. She's very very sweet, pretty and her lean slim body makes us think she has a little greyhound in her. She's GOOD WITH OTHER DOGS AND CATS and think she would be fine with kids 7 yrs+ .She's medium size at 49 lbs... Please help us to keep her from going back to the shelter by ADOPTING or FOSTERING her ASAP!
